Duncan has over 23 years experience in the oil and gas industry with the past 20 years in senior management roles within both contractor and operator organisations.

Duncan founded Mitchell Group and Associates (MGA) in 2000, the parent Company of MRA Group Pty Ltd.  Under his leadership MRA has been involved in the project management of a wide range of oil and gas industry projects including Roc Oil Cliffhead Development and Coogee Resources Montara Development.

 

Gerry has over 20 years experience in offshore, subsea, pipeline and marine construction engineering including project management of subsea field development, construction and EPIC projects.  Gerry has worked within contractor and operator organisations on projects ranging from shallow water North sea to deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

Gerry has worked all over the world in varying roles including Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Development Manager and Marine Operations Manager.
 

Phil has over 30 years maritime experience including positions as Marine Manager, Area Operations Manager, General Manager - Vessel Operation and Management Systems Specialist.

Over the last 8 years Phil has been providing expertise to operators and contractors in the offshore oil and gas sector including general management, environmental management and compliance and technical advice and audit.
 

Cameron has over 10 years contract engineering experience in offshore and onshore facilities with a contract value in excess of AUD$2b.  Projects that Cameron has worked on include BHP Pyrenees, Roc Oil Cliffhead Project and Coogee Resources Montara Development Project.
